Stacking the Shelves

Once again, a quiet week! Which is good, since that’s what I’m aiming for. I did get two new books — rewards for finishing books two and three of my Open University course!

I’ve read (and reviewedPrickle Moon already; it’s lovely. And I’d been wanting Dreamer’s Pool for a while!

Cover of The Gabriel Hounds by Mary Stewart

Just one, a bit of self indulgence — I’ve read all of Mary Stewart’s romances, but this was the first one I read, and I’m looking forward to going back to it. Frothy comfort reading for the win! Though right now, I’m digging into Soulless (Gail Carriger) for that!

Oh, and the latest issue of Thor came out, too.

How’s everyone else doing? Broken your resolutions yet?

  1. Quiet weeks are good! I’m trying to do the same, though this week I was getting books in series I’ve already started so that doesn’t really count as new…ahem! I have an excuse for everything. Enjoy your books!

  2. Just one book bought since the beginning of 2015, not bad for a target of no new books until building work finishes and bookshelf contents organised properly.

Also managing a target of an average of one book + review a week — though nowhere near your impressive total!
